State Masters Champs May 8th - 9th Nagambie

Forty-two Hawthorn members are representing the club this coming weekend across 23 events at the Victorian State Masters Championships.

We have 4 separate Eights racing in the various events throughout the day on Saturday. You can follow the club’s progress online:

Rowing Development & Winter Training.

Formal club Rowing Development goes into hibernation over coming 3 months. The last of the club rowing development sessions was run last Sunday. Groups will continue to turn up for rowing training on mornings and evenings, but crews will need to self organise and use the boat booking system for your equipment needs and book training slots as:

Winter Sculling training will revolve around Saturday afternoon group training at 1pm on Saturday’s commencing May 14th until the winter Sculling regatta series starts in June.

Clubhouse Circuit Training. Ruth Oliver, Jen Wheelahan and Vic Sibillin will be running informal circuit and floor pilates training on Monday nights at the clubhouse. Covid density limit numbers upstairs in clubhouse to twenty so book a spot.
