The RDC will aim to develop broader club participation within the RV rowing calendar as well as providing an avenue for members who want to row to intersect with other members.
Specifically we aim to:
Develop club-member participation in club rowing activities and represent various member interests
Allocate appropriate equipment for squads
Develop “cross-squad” crews for regatta representation
Consider & resolve future equipment and coaching needs
Decide on HRC participation in regatta calendar

Encourage social rowers to participate in regattas supporting with access and training with experience rowers
Increase HRC’s emphasis on developing its young adult membership and junior member competition success
Support and grow Masters participation in competition.
Have HRC rowers obtain state selection each season
Have a core membership group of at least 20 male & 20 female members aspiring to these goals each season
